The role We are looking for an experienced resourcer or trainee recruitment consultant to work in our Wimbledon office. The role will be working within our NHS recruitment team. Main responsibilites will include: - Updating candidate and company records on Red recruitment software - Updating vacancy and interview spreadsheets on a daily basis - Use of CIT proformas in recruitment process - CV searching and short listing via RED and job boards - Telephone or face to face interviewing of candidates for our client vacancies - Short listing of suitable candidates for submission to company - Production of CV commentary sheets - Generation of sales leads from every candidate call - Obtaining candidate verbal and written references and working to buying solutions framework - Scheduling candidate interviews with companies - Obtaining candidate interview feedback - Developing client relationships in order to place Concept IT as a preferred staffing partner - Prioritization of workload and vacancies - Achieving weekly and monthly KPI targets You will have min. of 12 months of working within a business to business environment, ideally in a telephone sales capacity. You will have excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
