The ideal candidate will have experience providing telephone and email support to customers experiencing technical difficulties, be capable of carrying out testing on new versions of their software and web site and will be happy to help the operations team with their basic network management tasks. The ideal candidate will have come from a Software Development, Network Administration or IT support background.
